Violin/fiddle lessons - all ages and levels in San Marcos, Texas For Sale

I think the fiddle is a super fun and rewarding instrument to play and I want to pass that along to my students. If you're a beginner just wondering how to hold the fiddle and get a good sound of it, or if you're more advanced and looking for some new ideas, I can help!
About me:
I've been playing for 26 years and teaching for 10. I started off as a Suzuki classical student, but in the last decade or so I transitioned into bluegrass and country fiddling. I have experience teaching players of all levels and ages.
Some things I can teach:
* Fundamentals of violin/fiddle technique
* Note reading
* Bluegrass fiddle tunes
* Country and bluegrass licks
* Rhythm and chords on the fiddle
* Tools for improvising
I also like to provide recorded materials for my students of the music we're working on to facilitate productive practicing.
My rates & schedule:
I charge $50/hour. I can also do shorter lessons, if you prefer that. I typically recommend weekly lessons, especially for beginning students, but I can work with your schedule. I'm even cool with doing a one-off lesson if you're just looking for some quick tips! I try to be as flexible as possible with scheduling and expect the same from my students since I am a gigging musician and periodically go on tour.
