Function: To perform daily reconciliations of Store cash, check, and credit card deposits. To assist with other Accounting duties as assigned. Reports to: Assistant Controller Supervises: N/A Duties and Responsibilities: Perform daily cash, check, and credit card reconciliations. Run daily bank reports Update cash projections Process credit card charge backs Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts Prepare and Post Journal Entries Miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 2 years of experience in progressive accounting positions Ability to multi-task; attention to detail and strong follow up skills Strong Account reconciliation skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication and written skills Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with an emphasis on pivot tables Experience with various accounting software Able to work successfully in a team environment
