Austin is indeed experiencing incredible growth. Real estate is still affordable although experiencing steady appreciation. Quality schools, major employers, tons of special events and festivals inclusion SXSW, Austin City Limits, Pecan Street and lots more. Historic Sixth Street, University of Texas, and being the state Capitol, are also noteworthy.
